  • This place is simply wonderful, the location is awesome, I felt like I am at home, very well equipped apartment and everything in a good working condition even the people around were very helpful, swimming pool was also very well maintained and was been cleaned every morning before it started. This is the best place to visit to in Goa. Would recommend all my friends and family for this place.  Hitesh Bal - Mumbai

  • The Accommodation looks exactly the same as the pics posted....It is a duplex villa and it is well furnished... I went along with 7 of my friends and we enjoyed a lot.. Ambience is really good...You can rent a bike/car just outside the compound... Baga Beach, calangute beach and Anjana are near by this villa....  Teja Kandukuri - Bangalore

  • There is a new concept coming in holiday and travel in India. The concept of holiday home rentals. And this is the place with the same concept. It's a home away from home. We were 2 couples and kids. This is one of the best accommodation to stay if you are going to Goa with your friends or extended family. There were a bit issues about the maintainence of the apartment like the AC of 2 rooms and washing machine were not working and the doors of rooms got locked from inside, but the good point was that the caretaker and the owner of the apartment were quite attentive to the complaints and got them resolved as soon as possible. The pool in the complex was very clean. Overall the complex was very clean, ambient and relaxing. We enjoyed our time staying here and will definitely recommend this place.  Madhav Banga - Kolkata

  • I stayed here in November and this has been by far the best place ever. The villa and the property looks just like how it is in the pictures and the location is so well connected to baga and anjuna. The housekeeping to the living arrangements taken care of so well that I dont think i can go to any other place to stay. Love it! Kudos to Anu for maintaining it so well! Shailesh Bobhate - Mumbai

  • I have been to goa twice,& had stayed here both the times.Excellent villa(duplex) with all the ameneties. It has 3 spacious bedrooms with AC,kitchen with Utensils/water purifier/gas.Beautiful & clean swimming pool, the guests staying in the vicinity are usually foreigners. It is located in private complex adjacent to Riviera de Goa(a 5 star hotel) which is now acquired by HILTON. Guests at the Villa have access to all hotel facilities like Poolside Bar, Restaurants. This hotel also has a Casino, which indeed is 100 meters from the villa. This makes the villa even more exciting. It also has facilities & services easily available nearby(like car/bike hire, General store etc).Calangute and Baga beach are just couple of Kms away from here.
Trust me, you would not find anything worth complaining....  Manu Gulati - New Delhi

  • We spent three nights at this wonderful restored house and experienced good service, friendly staff and tasteful food. The room was very clean and our only suggestion for improvement would be to instal one or two hammocks in the wonderful courtyard.  John S Cologne - Germany

  • We stayed as a family of 2 adults and 2 children for 2 weeks in the Rajastani suite this April. I went on the positive reviews in the lonely planet guide and trip advisor- and so glad I did. This is a lovely picturesque, quiet, relaxed place to stay- friendly and great location for siquerim beach. The staff are very friendly, helpful and the food was great- my children loved the garden area. The Rajastani suite was wonderful- beautifully decorated in old indian style with private terrace, the room was very big and easily accommodated the 4 of us. Very good value especially as the room rate Is half price by Easter- low season. The guest house is well situated for fort Aguada road where all the main restaurants, facilities are and the quieter end of south candolim beach( sequerim beach.) Overall if you are looking for a family friendly guest house near the beach and local amenities, and away from the hustle and bustle in other parts of north goa ( such as north candolim, Baga, Arjuna, then marbella is a great place to stay- we will go back there on our next visit!!!! Highly recommended.  Charnjit Chahal-Hertfordshire, UK

  • Apart from the innumerable geckos (i am petrified of them and one didnt let me sleep as it made too much noise), my stay here was perfect. The house in itself is beautiful and i am sucker for old portugese homes and heritage buildings be it anywhere. I stayed in the Rajasthani Suite last weekend and the rooms are clean and well maintained just like a 5 star hotel room, you dont get toiletries except soap, which is just fine by me. The staff running the place are well behaved and so cordial and humble and they take care of you in every way. They have quite a menu and the food is all home cooked, so its healthy and you would want to indulge. Its in a forest environment so no traffic noise, just the sounds of nature. You can take the back gate from the backyard and trek up to the mountain that takes you to the beach and gives you a breathtaking view of the sea. I am definitely going back again.

  • We spent 5 nights and 6 days at this picturesque Portuguese styled guest house. We stayed in the Moghul suite. The room was lovely big and very spacious with stylish furnitures. The room was attached to a grand courtyard. After our everyday hectic sightseeing and travel, upon our return we found the guest house very calm, soothing and quiet amidst natural surroundings. The staff was extremely well mannered and always provided service with a smile. The food was excellent with homely touch. Last day we went trekking from the hotel to the rocky beach which is just behind the guest house. It was very beautiful, quiet and scenic and shall remain ever lasted in our memory.  Madhavi Ghorpade - Surat

  • This cottage in Kasauli is blissfully pleasant holiday retreat away from hectic urban routine. On main road to charming hill station of Kasauli, it's an extremely comfortable place to stay with family or friends. This B&B has spacious rooms, breathtaking mountain view from terrace, very attentive staff. Am all praises for this place, highly recommended for a small weekend getaway or long rejuvenating holidays. Ankit Kahre - Delhi

  • I didn't know what to expect when i booked this cottage in Kasauli - and was so thrilled from my experience. The VIEW - my god - I was welcomed with tea and snacks with a drop dead view of the hillside. The view extends from all the rooms - making you feel like want to stop and snuggle with a novel or a favorite loved one. The owners were helpful but not intrusive. I got to see the local town and visit a spa close to Southgate - make sure you ask them about the details on making appointments etc. Food was great - but make sure you tell the owners in advance if you have any dietary needs - things need to be 'arranged' - it is the a piece of heaven in the hills but informing the owners of your needs enables them to make everything just right! "ill be back" Punit Saluja - New Delhi
