Hotel  rooms are well appointed. They greet the guest with a welcome drink.Buffet menu has a limited choice but the stuff served is tasty and tempting. Try a la carte menu ouside, (in the city), some of them are inexpensive. Staff here is well behaved and communicating with the front desk will need some effort, in which case ask for Sreejit, who will be ready to resolve any issue pertaining to your stay.Try the saree section located in the lobby (only cotton sarees), you may land up with a good buy.Tilak Dev - Chennai

Our room was a suite with wooden flooring and a good view of the tea gardens. Food is not that good but due to its location one can go outside to eat in market. My wife bought cotton Kerala sarees in their in-house shop which was a good buy. Buffet food did not cater for the in-house guests staying there, and if management takes more care it can be a top hotel in Munnar. Vikram Subbu - Bhopal

Excellent hotel and excellent food..Service is very warm.. Best of all is the view from the room... You open the window and the Tea Garden just rises in front of you.. Small beautiful green hills.. very very serene and exotic feeling..breakfast and dinners are awesome and room facilities and good too..Right on the city centre of Munnar and a Hotel with such a beautiful location is hard to find.. market is at the stone's throw..There is a beautiful river-let flowing just at the back of the hotel.. you sit on the veranda with lush green tea garden right in front of you and the chilling breeze passing by with the beautiful sound of the flowing water of the riverlet below..ohh!! its nothing but pure Heaven.. what a view..!!Just the right place to stay at Munnar..!! Joy Kolkata
