Hi Sanjai,

I stayed in Mussoorie at Bhagat Kot (Camel back Road) with my friends and we had a memorable stay. Even though the house is from the British colonial time, it is very well-maintained and offers a very comfortable stay to its guests. The staff is hospitable and helpful and do their best to ensure customer satisfaction. The picturesque view of Mussoorie from the cottage, the warm staff and the sumptuous breakfast make me want to visit this place again for a relaxed vacation. I would also like to give a special mention to the caretaker, Mr Tarachand, who went out of his way to ensure customer service even after we returned from Mussoorie. I had left my shawl at the cottage and I informed him about this. I had told him that it belonged to my late grandmother and therefore,I needed it back. Usually hotels and guest houses either don't entertain such requests or they offer to keep the item till someone can fetch it from them. However, Mr Tarachand personally got it delivered to my office in Gurgaon within a week and did not charge anything for this. I had requested him to courier me and was also willing to pay for the expenses. But he didn't wish to take a chance with the courier service and instead got his son to deliver it to me. I'll be forever thankful to this kind gentleman for being so helpful and making it a personal duty to have my shawl returned to me.
I strongly recommend a stay at this cottage.
Thank you once again for everything!

The cottage is located on Camels Back road and is in close proximity to the Mall Road, slightly away from the typical tourist crowd and a few minutes from the mall. The rooms are big and subtely decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable.  The best part is you could enjoy your breakfast at their dining room or carry it to the veranda and gaze at the mountains while you relish the fresh taste  on offer.
